Today, I appreciated the importance of investing in crypto projects in terms of their relationship to BTC (satoshi).
This is because, to maximise returns, an investment in Altcoins should only be made when investing in Bitcoin will be less favourable due to their direction inter-market relationship.
In this respect, paying close attention to BTC.D is imperative:
Depending on what is happening with Bitcoin dominance, then this should determine whether we should enter or exit Altcoins.
That said, when trading in the short-term, I should continue to trade Altcoins that are volatile and correlated heavily with the price of Bitcoin directly.
Next Action
- Monitor the percentage movement of BTC.D everyday in order to make long-term Altcoin investments.
- Continue to submit short-term crypto trades with Altcoins that are volatile and highly correlated with Bitcoin’s price action movements.
